Does the CD version of Queen's album "Jazz" come with the bicycle race poster?

A poster was included with the original vinyl release of Jazz that had
the nude bicycle race. Queen's Crown Jewels box set that included the
first 8 albums (including Jazz) came with the same poster, only
smaller. I was just wondering if anyone who has bought the CD can
answer this. Thank you!
